From Quite a Muddle to a Strong Degree of Focus In early 2008 I was having a catch-up chat with Clinton McCauley when the concept of coaching came up.  I didn’t think anything of it until a few days later when John Hinwood gave me a call…. I still don’t think I quite knew what I was in for, and exactly what I was signing up for. At the start of 2008 I was in a position where I was running 2 practices – one out in the country that I had bought as a stepping stone, and the other, a practice from home that I was trying to build into my dream (for the moment) practice.  The rural practice was on the market, and I was in quite a muddle – trying to keep/build the goodwill of one practice so that it was a very sellable commodity, and all the while trying to build my home practice so that I would have a great business to keep. Getting on board with PP helped me to maintain my focus through the entire sale process of my country practice, whilst also being able to build and grow my home business.  Knowing that John, Clinton and Richard were always available to help, and having access to their wealth of knowledge helped to make the sale process a whole lot easier – from working out how to value the practice, negotiate with the purchaser, through to the nuts and bolts of who pays for what and how it should all be documented.  There were many tense moments - waiting to hear from prospective purchasers, right through to settlement - if it wasn’t for the settling conversations I had with John (and Clinton and Richard), I don’t think I would have been able to keep the degree of focus I had, let alone my sanity! Weekly monitoring of your practice growth results by Powerful Practices assures you of vital feedback when you need it most. Each week you can choose to send Powerful Practices your basic office statistics and Powerful Practices will walk you through an analysis of your practice performance.

Financial planning assistance needed to set and achieve immediate and future financial goals which are right for you is available. We help you to reduce debt, accumulate wealth and grow toward financial independence, all based on service.

Clinic audits and video evaluations:

You will receive an extensive clinic audit to complete and send back to Powerful Practices for evaluation. If you wish, you may take a video of the interior and exterior of your clinic for us to review. The video will need to be taken during a busy clinic period and also when there are no patients in the clinic.

Your Personal Strategic Coaching will also monitor the monthly marketing activity of your practice.

Office planning and design:

You can receive the benefit of Powerful Practices expertise in efficient office planning and effective decor. This service is available for new office locations and/or for renovation of existing facilities to assure smooth staff performance and patient flow. This service can be enhanced by an initial video evaluation of your clinic.

You will offer honest feedback as to how we're performing, and make suggestions where you can see we can improve.

 

4. Promptness

 

You will meet your payment schedule as per your agreement.

 

5. Referrals

You will be asked to refer new members to Powerful Practices Personal Strategic Coaching by telling them the benefits you have received. Then we will continue to grow and always be here for you.

YOUR INVESTMENT

Your Personal Strategic Coaching, consulting and mentoring will be for an eighteen month period initially on a weekly basis. Your membership agreement with Powerful-Practices.com can then be automatically renewed and you then might move to a call every two weeks or stay with your weekly calls depending on your coach's recommendation. Your thirty minute sessions are billed and charged monthly by credit card.

Practice Quiz – do this by clicking on the icon in the centre of the Homepage.  In 15 seconds your score out of 100 and an extensive report about your practice will be emailed to you.  You can repeat this exercise as often as you wish.  This assists you to benchmark your practice in its current state. We believe this is the most comprehensive CA Training Program ever developed, with 18 modules covered in 52, 20-30 minute CD training sessions covering over 25 topics essential for orientation, foundations and moving to excellence.  There are extensive accompanying pages of Course Notes, with an Online Quiz for each of the 18 modules.  As well, an Online Forum is also included with the package where the CAs can view homework integration material posted previously by many CAs.

Each module includes simple Integration Exercises in the workbook to support your CAs in implementation of concepts and data covered.

A half hour teleconference orientation is integral to your success, and we are delighted to include this in the package to ensure the system is applied for your practices’ boutique needs.  We will do whatever it takes to support your success.  Berni Ireland, CCA will totally focus on your specific needs in your half hour.
