John and Judy Hinwood recognised talent and ‘the gift of a CA' in this young woman almost 5 years ago when she began her career as a Chiropractic Assistant as part of the team at Central Highlands Chiropractic in Emerald (Central Queensland, Australia). Principal chiropractor Dr Scott Stephens motivated and lead his team with such a subtle, yet profound chiropractic message that it paved the way for a lifelong commitment to chiropractic and a natural health care approach for Angela. Also under the guidance of Powerful Practices' John and Judy Hinwood as personal mentors from the beginning, Angela has had the most educated and informed welcome that any CA could possibly want or need.

Angela's motto is to ‘get passionate about chiropractic'. To inform, inspire and empower other CA's, DC's and client's everyday on chiropractic is Angela's most important goal. Chiropractic in her view, is fundamental for health and wellbeing. The truth of chiropractic and her extreme confidence in this inspires those around her to embrace chiropractic principles with amazing results.

Angela epitomises the natural CA in all of us. Her ability to care, heal and drive a business is evident in her professional and personal life. Katherine Graham said ‘To love what you do and feel that it matters, how could anything be more fun?' Angela lives by this quote and her bubbly personality keeps client's coming back to see her as much as they come to see the DC!

Her intuitive eye for hiring great CA's has assisted in the employment of many who have been directly trained by herself. She believes in keeping the learning process simple and with the use of analogies and simple scripts, gets great results. Her patience and understanding nature combined with her practical knowledge of how to run a busy practice are some of her most influential training tools.

Angela has spent time in organised, unorganised, existing and newly established chiropractic practices. The result of her participation in each scenario was always reliable, certain, confident and direct. The outcome of her Powerful Practices training has been improvements across all practices she has been involved in. Even after her physical presence has been removed, the systems she has implemented remain, and continue to influence positively.

Angela is the Office Manager/Head CA at Natural Balance Chiropractic in Dublin , assisting Dr. Darren Kuzma in setting up his new practice, training/employing new team members and setting the foundations for a thriving practice.

Angela's quest for continued education and knowledge on chiropractic, health and wellbeing have seen her attend many conferences including: Dynamic Growth Congress, C.J Mertz, Chiropractic Neurology, Move Mountains , Philip Day and Patrick Holford. She was invited to speak at the European Chiropractic Summit in Barcelona in 2005 and was the CA speaker/tutor at the Powerful Practices Foundations seminar in London in 2005.
